DESCRIPTION:The Growing Humankindness community\, where you can connect with others\, deepen your understanding\, receive help and coaching\, and nurture your healing and recovery\, is open for new members. \nThe community is for deep feeling\, deep thinking people who self soothe with food and who want to deepen presence\, compassion and listening in their inner worlds. Together\, we’ll practice the tools and nurture the safety that softens overeating\, perfectionism\, and overdoing. \nThe community includes an online group forum\, webinars\, Listening partners\, and Healing focuses throughout the year\, where we go more deeply into a common area of challenge. We also go through courses together as a cohort. \nThe Growing Humankindness community is open to all and also includes access to our library of courses. \nMembership closes on Friday\, September 22nd.
