Finding Our Way – with The Sanctuary

We all need places where we can come to rest, where we can digest and make sense of our lives – where we can find our way. And it helps to have playful places to do so.

Finding Our Way is a creativity/writing circle for emerging adults (ages 18 to 20s) who are finding their way in a world amidst much change and uncertainty. We’ll use writing, poetry and our own creative practice as doorways to deepen self discovery, self expression and self compassion. No artistic or creative experience is needed – all you need is a willingness to show up and play!

My partner in Finding Our Way, Tamara Neufeld Strijack, and I will be offering a free taste of Finding Our way on Thursday, January 28th from 7 to 9 pm Dublin time/2-4 pm Eastern/1-3 pm central/12-2 pm mountain/11 am to 1pm Pacific. We’re partnering up with The Sanctuary, a wonderful group out of Dublin, to offer this online play space.
