A Womb of Healing and Rest

Karly Randolph Pitman

Hello, friend. I’m Karly Randolph Pitman and I want to warmly welcome you to the home of my work, Growing Humankindness. I help people create a more merciful relationship with their struggles – especially the struggle of self soothing with food.

I come alongside people as they soften painful patterns like overeating. But perhaps more importantly, I come alongside people who want to soften self blame: the guilt, shame and frustration we feel about our wounds, struggles, and vulnerabilities.

One way to describe this is coming into rest.

Although it may seem impossible, we can outgrow painful patterns without harshness, hypervigilance, or ‘white knuckling it.’ I love sharing this approach and supporting people as they rest, heal, and grow. You can learn more about my books, courses, writing groups, trainings, and 1 on 1 support by clicking the link below. You can also email me here with any questions.

Growing Humankindness means three things:  to grow into the fullness of our potential, to foster compassion for our vulnerabilities, and to deepen connection with ourselves, with others, and with life.

No matter what you’re wrestling with, there’s a deeper story that lives underneath the surface story of your struggle, and this story is both more true and more merciful. Together, we sing this story into being.

May your heart be nourished here.
