A Womb of Healing

Karly Randolph Pitman

I’m Karly Randolph Pitman, the founder of Growing Humankindness, and I want to warmly welcome you here.

We help people who self soothe with food and who are hard on themselves and who want a more peaceful relationship with food and their vulnerabilities. We weave helpful insights from relational neuroscience and developmental psychology with self compassion to bring safety, understanding, wise relating, and a well of tenderness to our struggles and coping strategies.

It’s tenderness that helps us soften overeating, tenderness that helps us grieve, and tenderness that reconnects us with our wholeness.

Growing humankindness means three things:  to grow into the fullness of our humanity, to foster kindness for our suffering, and to deepen our hospitality, our inner and outer connectedness.

No matter what you’re struggling with, there’s a deeper story that lives underneath the surface story of your struggle, and this story is both more true and more merciful.

Together, we sing this story into being. May your heart be nourished here.
